My hope is that through community involvement and thorough studies, the Illiana plans can be worked to minimize impact on the community and environment as well as costs to taxpayers...but I'm surely oversimplifying here. For some people, issues like these will remain binary, but I'd like to think some sort of compromise could be found so that progress will not be halted.
