Buzz: Two Could Flip To Support New Income Tax

A Northwest Indiana Times article has Buzzcut at Blue County in a Red State predicting two defections from the anti-Lake County income tax plan.
Both O’Donnell AND Bilski are going to flip!
This article just goes to show that these councilmen have no idea what the income tax is and how it will work in practice.
The Lake County income tax seems to be inevitable.
