Jason Castro is singing okay, but someone is going to have to go tonight so that we can see Syesha Mercado sing next week and we all know that David Cook and David Archueta are the vote getters.

Randy says it was a karaoke version of Bob Marley. Paula says she has never seen Jason Castro perform as well for the audience. However, Paula isn’t crazy about Jason Castro’s song selection tonight.
Simon says “that was utterly atrocious. That is a song you do not touch. … That was a like a first round audition massacre. … I don’t know what you were thinking!”
Maybe Jason Castro will keep Syesha Mercado safe for the Top 3.

Dial Idol is showing that Syesha Mercado and David Cook are predicted to be safe tonight on American Idol.
Rounding out the predictions are David Archuleta and Jason Castro.
At the very last spot is sweetie Brooke White.
I was hoping she’d make it through for another night, but if Dial Idol’s predictions are correct, Brooke White might be one of the candidates to be sent home tonight.

Brooke White | I’m A Believer

I don’t know if Brooke White will stay much longer on American Idol — there are too many other singers – David Cook, David Archuleta and Jason Castro — who are going to get more votes than she’ll get, I always like seeing her sing.
There’s something about her smile when she’s singing that is attractive.
However, most of the people voting in American Idol are teen girls, so Brooke White has tough odds to beat.
Brooke White has an advantage tonight. She sang close to the last — always a plum position that is guaranteed to get some votes. And, the judges loved her tonight!
Maybe Brooke White will stay around for a little longer.
