Chikezie sings the Beatles’ “I’ve Just Seen A Face.”

I didn’t get into it, but I wasn’t that familiar with the song.

Randy — “It sounded like it could make a good country song. … It was a very weird strange arrangement. It was strange to me.”

Paula — “You’re showing who you are. … I love it. … You did it again!”

Simon — “I thought it started off okay, then you played the harmonica which was literally atrocious, then it turned into ‘Achy Breaky’ at the end.”

Chikeze talks about working airport security — he was TSA — at LAX before winning his chance to perform on American Idol.

Chikeze takes a chance with his own version of the Beatle’s “She’s A Woman.”

I like it — I’m going to have to listen to the original later on so that I can compare it to Chikeze’s arrangement.

The crowd is cheering loudly — it might be a good night for Chikeze.

Randy: “I was throughly entertained. … I loved the arrangement. … Chikeze smashed it!”

Paula: “I knew when you hit the Top 12 this was going to happen.” Paula says the risk paid off.

Simon: “I’m really surprised I have to agree with these two. … What I loved about it … is that unlike the first singer, you have actually changed in a week. You took control of the stage … I thought you were terrific.”
