Snow slows traffic on the Chicago Skyway – Indiana Toll Road border last Wednesday afternoon.

Another present for 2008, this time in the form of a toll increase from the Chicago Skyway.

The toll for cars will rise from $2.50 to $3.00 tomorrow.
