It has been a long year

It has been a long year, but it has been a good year.

While it is a little early for New Year’s resolutions, I am going to focus more time on blogging.  I find writing is a great way to keep up-to-date with various things of interest and import.  Writing also keeps the skills sharp for when they are needed for work.

Plus, writing online is a great way to keep in touch with others in the community and around the world.  We live in wondrous times because we are able to reach out and communicate with people from anywhere on the planet.  Just a few years ago, this notion would have been impossible without having lots of money, technology and employees to make it happen.

I predict good things for the future and hope to add a little toward its forward progression through the sharing of thoughts and ideas.
