I’m downloading Google Chrome and will soon see if it is everything that anyone would ever want from a browser.

Why is Google releasing Google Chrome, you might ask yourself.

The advantage that Google Chrome creates for Google is that it will force Microsoft and Firefox developers to keep up with whatever new technology Google Chrome is using to display webpages.  Since Google is concentrating on web applications — Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets and all sorts of other useful online tools — having solid browsing technology able to handle Google’s new applications will allow Google to load up their pages with more and more content (and more ads).

    Hi Vaibhav,

Thanks for the link to the great comparison article! I’m enjoying using Chrome so far. I haven’t seen any mention of plug ins for Chrome yet — it will be interesting to see if an ad blocking plug in will be available (or is already available).

    Hi Dinu,

Chrome has been exceeding my expectations the more I use and read about its capabilities! I’m going to check out your First Impressions of Chrome as well so I can learn more.
