Russian Troops Moving Closer To Tiblisi

Russian troops are just outside of the Georgian capital city of Tiblisi today, despite the ceasefire, reports the BBC.

The BBC filmed Russian troops digging into Georgian territory, instead of pulling out of the country in an undercover video taken.
