I’m writing this to remind myself and to give some publicity to Blog Indiana since I’ve been procrastinating and haven’t signed up yet. (And, I have even have a coupon code for a discount, so I should definitely sign up).
If you want to network with other Indiana bloggers and spend a weekend learning more about writing, SEO and all of the other things that make up good blog writing and design, make sure to check out Blog Indiana’s upcoming conference in Indianapolis this August 16th and 17th.
One interesting session is how blogging affects elections. If you’re interested in power and influence, make sure to check out Indiana’s connected bloggers as they tell how you and your friends can make a difference.
Another not-to-miss presentation will one on legal issues for bloggers. The cost of the conference is well worth attending just this one session.

Yes, I am going this weekend Chris. They asked me to talk on a panel, of course I don’t even know what it’s about. Are you heading down?
Hi Steve,
I would go, but a family friend has a big party planned for their daughter’s birthday this Saturday, so my family is going to attend that. Otherwise, I would have been down in Indianapolis learning everything there is to learn from all of the speakers.
You’ll have to give us a report.
You might want to suggest that the Blog Indiana people record the sessions and make them available online for people who weren’t able to attend.
