West Lafayette Police switch to E85
West Lafayette, Indiana police will switch to E85 for their flex-fuel cruisers, reports the Journal & Courier. About half of the police department’s fleet will use E85 ethanol fuel.
Starting this week, officers with flex-fuel vehicles will purchase E85 at the Family Express on Indiana 25 North, near Interstate 65, on a special fleet account, Chief Jason Dombkowski said. The city will not have to pay some taxes that the general public must pay.

Nice pick up for Family Express, a terrific Northwest Indiana based company. Go Gus.
Hi Steve,
Family Express has been doing a good job keeping Northwest Indiana fueled with E85 at a reasonable price (compared to other suppliers).
