Excited about Barack Obama coming to Northwest Indiana and other parts of the Hoosier state? There’s nothing much else going on right now, so feel free to admit it.
There are plenty of people in Northwest Indiana who are fired up about the Democratic presidential candidate if the numbers of folks lined up outside of the Barack Obama HQ in the Commons shopping center on 5th in Gary earlier today is any indication. Obama’s event at a Gary’s Roosevelt High School at 25th and Harrison will probably end up being an overflow event.
Here’s the brief outline for Barack Obama‘s “Road to Change” tour of Indiana:
Tonight: Barack Obama will visit South Bend’s Washington High School.
Thursday: Barack Obama campaigns at Roosevelt High School in Gary, Indiana at 11 a.m. and then is off to Jefferson High School in Lafayette at 6 p.m.
Friday: Barack Obama will head south to Columbus, Indiana (maybe Columbus East High School, according to a news report).
Saturday: Barack Obama will travel to Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
Look for a Barack Obama Indiana campaign stop in or near Indianapolis, as well.

I will be voting for Senator Barack Obama. The whole South Bend will be coming out to vote Obama and we are all so excited. the closer he gets to the nomination the more excited we in South bend become. South Bend will be voting in droves. Thank You Senator for being such a wonderful candidate!
Senator Barack Obama is my choice. Griffith Indiana supports Barack Obama. we in Griffith will be getting the voters out. We are ready to end this race so come out and vote Obama May 6th. If the Old School Politicaians could have stopped him in February they would have, but they can’t. Taking mayors, and Governors, behind closed doors , in smokey rooms and cutting back room deals and saying why can’t you win is OLD SCHOOL POLITICS! If the opponent could have won in Feb. they would have but they can’t.
