Information & Influence
Following Mark Cuban’s suggestion that bloggers market themselves, this particular medium shall be referred as a portal of Information & Influence which is part of the greater Information and Influence Community.
While the name sounds cool, it also reminds me of the guys who have special access to all of the telephone lines and international internet connections — the same type of guys who discover things like Client 9′s banking records and the like. That could bring up bad visions of neo-Soviet style intelligence secret police / propaganda operations.
Should bloggers stick with the term “blogger” or should they switch things up?
If bloggers should “switch it up,” what name should they call themselves?

Blog and blogger is tainted. I think we shouldly simply not use that name and most people who use the web won’t care what type of website they are visiting as long as you have great content.
