Kristy Lee Cook is changing the Beatles’ “Eight Days a Week” into a country song.
I can’t get into Kristy Lee Cook’s version of “Eight Days a Week” country-style, so I’m going to have to listen to what the judges say. She looks good, so that’s a bonus, if the song doesn’t work out.
Randy: “There were some parts of it.” “You could have left it a country jig and it would have been cool.” “It was a half and halfer.”
Paula: “You can’t take what we say — go for the country thing — to heart. … I didn’t get it.”
Simon: “I thought it was horrendous.” “You sounded like Dolly Parton on helium. … It was like being at some ghastly country fair.”

I dont really know what you talking about here. This cant be the only way to think about this can it? It appears like you understand a great deal, so why not explore it more? Make it a lot more accessible to everyone else who might not agree with you? Youd get a great deal more people behind this if you just stopped making common statements.
