We can&#039;t keep on spending and spending without limit.  People have limited budgets and cannot be looked to for unlimited revenue as we see with all of the tax pain in Lake County, Indiana.  Just as households have had to re-budget during tight financial times, so must the government because the current spending patterns are unsustainable.</description>
