I decided to ditch the blue color theme and go with a red-oriented theme.

Of course, when going red, it is always best to go crimson and cream — just like my alma mater Indiana University.

Instead of trying to figure out the exact hex color codes for IU’s colors, I found their guidelines for new media visual identity.

One of these days, I’m going to write a page with my own new media visual identity guidelines, but until then, imitation will be my sincerest form of flattery.
