Reginald Potts has been charged with first degree murder for the killing of Nailah Franklin, reports the Northwest Indiana Times.
The ex-boyfriend of a Chicago woman slain in September, and whose body was found in Calumet City, has been charged in her death.
Thirty-year-old Reginald Potts is being held on first-degree murder charges in the death of 28-year-old Nailah Franklin, John Gorman, chief spokesman for the Cook County state’s attorney’s office, said late Friday.
The Chicago Tribune reports that Reginald Potts has a history of violence against women.
A Chicago man with a history of arrests for threatening violence against women was charged late Friday in the September slaying of Nailah Franklin, a pharmaceutical representative whose missing persons’ case and murder stirred the city, officials said.
