Bad news for car and air travelers hoping to get to grandmother’s house on time for Thanksgiving day.

The National Weather Service in Chicago, Illinois is warning of winter weather in Chicago and Northwest Indiana Wednesday night into Thanksgiving morning.

Leave early for Thanksgiving day travel, if possible and best wishes to air travelers passing through O’Hare Airport.
